Katerina Grigoreva is a certified Personal Trainer and Yoga instructor, and Corrective Exercise Specialist with passion for helping people build strength, resilience, and balance—both on and off the mat.
Born and raised in Russia, she actively engaged in various forms of exercise such as running, weight lifting etc, and then moving to Asia at the age of 20, where she got introduced to ancient mind-body practices, such as yoga, meditation, qigong etc.
Having personally overcome injuries, Katerina understands the challenges of recovery and brings a thoughtful, holistic approach to her coaching.
Combining yoga, corrective exercises, and personalised training, she tailors her approach to support individuals at every stage of their wellness journey. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, improving mobility, or striving for a stronger, healthier body, Katerina is here to guide you with care, expertise, and compassion.
